Useful information
The best (and safest) way to get your tickets is via our official system: ONLINE TICKETS.
Entrance tickets to the Park can be purchased at ticket office (open daily from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.), and at ticket machines (card payment; only park tickets are available).
The Palace will be closed to the public from December 15, 2025 till January 30, 2026.
During high winds, the Park is closed for the safety of tourists.
Access to the Palace courtyard is paid. The ticket to the Park is valid for the courtyard.
The number of tickets to the Palace is limited – first come first served.
Regular visitors are encouraged to purchase quarterly passes available at the Museum's ticket office.
Museum Shop
The Museum shop is located in the basement of the Palace. Remains closed until January 30, 2026.
Café
Allegato Café is located in the Kitchen Outbuilding in the main courtyard (ticketed area).
Opening hours from October 18:
- from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 20.00, from Saturday to Sunday from 10.00 to 20.00.

The Royal Garden of Light
The Royal Garden of Light is open every day from 18 October, 2025 to 28 February, 2025.
Opening hours:
- 18–31 October 2025: 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. (last entry at 8:30 p.m.);
- 2 November 2025 – 26 January 2026: 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. (last entry at 8:30 p.m.);
- 27 January – 28 February 2026: 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. (last entry at 8:30 p.m.).
- On 1 November, 24 and 31 December 2025, the exhibition is closed.
